Meet your coach

Having worked many years in the area of leadership development in large multinational corporations across different countries in Europe, I have seen quite a few teams succeed, but also ones which have failed. One thing that I always noticed was the large impact the leader’s behaviour had on the team’s success – both positively and negatively.

Therefore I believe that it’s essential to invest in leadership skills from the beginning and I would like to support you during the transition phase!

My leadership experience is based on working closely with nearly 100 team leaders across different countries and companies in team development processes and 1:1 coaching. In addition, I have served as a leader myself for several project teams and employee networks during my corporate career, as well as a volunteer in civil society organisations. I’m looking forward to working with you!

Do you work in an NGO, Social Business or Civil Society Organisation in Europe?

There will be one place in each cohort reserved for a scholarship recipient! Participate in the Core Programme for 500€ + VAT (depending on your country) instead of 1.499€!

In order to apply for the scholarship, you need to be taking over your first team, work in an NGO, social business or civil society organization in Europe and send us an e-mail or short video to contact@the-globe-team.com covering the following topics:

  • Self-introduction: Who are you and what does your organisation do
  • Impact: How many people will you be leading in your first team and how many will be impacted through your team’s activities
  • Challenges: What are challenges you are facing regarding your first leadership position?

This is a highly selective programme offering only 10 places in one cohort.

To apply to the programme, sign up here for a 30 minute First-Time Leader Prep Call to get to know each other, see if/how the programme is the right support for you, define your development objectives and clarify open questions you might have regarding your leadership situation.

Who is the programme for?

It is for:

  • People who are appointed to take the leadership of a team in an international work environment for the first time in the upcoming months

  • People who are keen on self-development and ok with openly sharing and reflecting with others, maybe also about mistakes they made

  • People used to working in English and who feel comfortable sharing about their own experiences in English

  • People able to dedicate time alongside their busy work schedules to invest in themselves becoming good leaders right from the start

It is not for:

  • If you have already been leading a team for a long time

  • If you are not so keen on self-reflection and learning

Are you ready to become a leader who is confident and effectively leading a team for the first-time?


Each week you must be ready to engage around 30 minutes of self-work between the modules

After the first module you still have the opportunity to exit the programme paying only for the first module.

I think it’s great that you take the time and money to develop yourself! A discount of 10% for private payers and very small companies is granted. Contact Katrin for that.

The next cohort will start soon and the video-calls are generally on Mondays from 7-9pm CET. If you have questions before that please do not hesitate to contact Katrin.

Each video-call module lasts 2 hours and consists of:
  • Introduction
  • Content input
  • Exchange about the participants’ topics/peer coaching
  • Wrap-up and actions for experiential learning between the modules

Yes, of course! You can also book individual 1:1 coaching sessions in case the additional 4 sessions of the In-depth Programme don’t fit in your case.

You can book additional sessions.

They will be recorded so in case you miss one, you can watch it afterwards.
